Upper Lytle Creek Road Rehab

  • Overview: The work includes excavating, backfilling, and embankment of road prism failures due to erosion, installation of geogrid fill reinforcement, and placement of erosion control mat.

 

  • Why It Fits Us: This project aligns with our strengths in remote site construction, grading, and embankment stabilization. Our experience with geogrid reinforcement and erosion control ensures durable, long-term repairs in challenging terrain.

Bush Loop Accessible Paved Trail Reconstruction

  • Status: Bid Submitted

 

  • Overview: Reconstruction of 0.46 miles of ADA-accessible trail through the Freeman Giant Sequoia Grove, including asphalt paving, berm construction, seal coat, and replacement of seven CMP culverts.

 

  • Why It Fits Us: ADA trail work, fine asphalt detail, and limited-access material logistics align well with our experience in remote recreation projects..

Recreation Site Repairs – Placer & Little Jackass Campgrounds

  • Overview: Site repairs at two campgrounds including new tent pads, ORARs, picnic tables, fire rings, food lockers, road resurfacing, and drainage features.

 

  • Why It Fits Us: Recreation infrastructure, campground accessibility, and public-facing civil improvements are part of our core capabilities.

Los Alamos Canyon Aquatic Organism Passage Installation

  • Overview: Remove an existing concrete ford and install a prefabricated bridge with rock headwalls to restore aquatic organism passage. Includes traffic control, stream grading, structural excavation, and asphalt surfacing.

 

  • Why It Fits Us: Combines stream restoration, bridge installation, and remote site management—core strengths of our field teams.

Tropical Storm Hilary Damage Repair

  • Overview: The contract aims to repair Forest Service Roads 1N02, 1N05, and 1N17 (South Fork Campground) damaged by Tropical Storm Hilary

  • Why It Fits Us: This project fits our expertise in large-scale rural road reconstruction and recovery efforts. Our fleet and coordination strengths in mountainous environments make us well-suited to restore these storm-damaged Forest Service roads efficiently and effectively. 

Trabuco Aquatic Organism Passage Installation

  • Overview: Installation of three aquatic organism passages along Trabuco Creek Road. Scope includes demolition of concrete structures, bridge design and installation, stream channel grading, and construction of abutments, approaches, and traffic bypasses.

 

  • Why It Fits Us: Multi-site bridge and stream work in remote terrain aligns well with our capabilities in sensitive ecological and access-restricted environments

BAER Emergency Road Stabilization

  • Overview: Road grading, culvert upsizing, inlet installation, and erosion control on burned forest roads.

 

  • Why It Fits Us: Our expertise in drainage, grading, and environmental compliance makes post-fire stabilization projects a good fit.

MATOC for National Park Employee Housing

 

  • Location: Multiple NPS Sites (IDIQ Contract)

 

  • Agency: National Park Service

 

  • Status: Pre-RFP / Early pursuit

 

  • Overview: Multi-year design-build contract for housing upgrades and new construction at various parks.

 

  • Why It Fits Us: High-value task orders with sitework, vertical construction, and logistics allow us to leverage federal contracting strategy.

3N17.4 ERFO Road Repairs

  • Overview: Five-site road and drainage repair in Angeles National Forest. 

 

  • Why It Fits Us: Remote road access, drainage structure installation, and small-scale asphalt rehabilitation are core areas of our field expertise.
